ZACK GEARY

Partner / Senior Project Manager

Zack has been involved in construction since first swinging a hammer to work through college at the University of Oregon. He spent eight years as a project manager for a mid-sized construction firm focused on sustainable building practices in Yamhill County and Portland. Zack has experience autonomously managing a broad range of projects from residential remodels to historic commercial buildings. Many of his projects have achieved Earth Advantage accreditation.

Zack is also passionate about service to the City of McMinnville which is evident in his past roles as the Vice-Chair of the McMinnville Planning Commission, Board Member for the McMinnville Downtown Association, President of McMinnville City Club, Board Member for Yamhill County Parks and Recreation and in his current role as a McMinnville City Councilor.

When not working, Zack enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Samantha and their son Hiram – reading, playing, running, exploring, and laughing.

MARY BETH BRANCH

LEED AP

Partner / Lead Designer

Mary Beth has been working as a residential and commercial designer in Yamhill County since graduation from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and minors in Interior Architecture and Architectural History. She formed her own design firm in 2014 and has completed numerous projects since ranging from remodels to new construction.

What Mary Beth most loves about her work is building relationships with clients that far outlast any project timeline.

Mary Beth has also dedicated her time to local non-profit and governmental agencies since moving back to McMinnville in 2010. Her roles as the past Treasurer of the McMinnville Downtown Association and the current Vice-Chair of the City of McMinnville’s Historic Landmarks Committee have given her valuable insight into the nuances of projects especially those involving historic structures.

When not designing or on a job site, you’ll find Mary Beth, along with her husband Brian, trying to keep up with and fully entertained by their two young kids - Houston and Garnet.
